Word documents and PDFs can be generated from a Matter's Docs & Emails tab and from its task workflow. After a document has been generated in Microsoft Word, it can be attached back to the relevant Matter using InTouch's Word plugin, then accessed from the Docs & Emails tab.

If two or more documents are saved to the Matter, they can be merged into a single PDF. Documents and emails stored in the Docs & Emails tab can be organised with labels.

InTouch enables you to build your own Document Templates. These templates can incorporate Custom Fields that automatically pull in and use data saved to a Matter and Data Helpers, which format data and perform custom operations.
