Staff permissions

Staff permissions allow you to define the areas of InTouch a staff member can access and make amendments to. For example, they can rule whether a staff member can or cannot edit Email Templates.

Changing a Staff Member's Permissions

To amend a staff member's permissions, follow the below steps;

  1. Enter Settings
  2. Enter Staff
  3. Click Permissions on the relevant staff member
  4. Make changes to the permissions by ticking/unticking required check boxes.
  5. Click Save when complete
