What are Supervisor Permissions?
When applied to a task, a supervisor permission will only permit a supervisor or manager (an account with relevant authority) to tick the task on a matter's task list.
This function will prevent the task being ticked by anybody other than a supervisor.
Is it Possible to Change These Settings?
Once a matter has been opened, it is not possible to change the supervisor permissions of any task from the task list.
However, it is possible to make changes directly to a matter template. Once updated, any new matter will receive the supervisor permission changes to its task. For assistance with this process, please refer to Advanced Configuration of a Matter Template's Task
