User login records

The staff Login Records area, provides an overview of all log-in activity across your organisation’s InTouch account.

Tip

This is a helpful tool that allows you to review activity across your InTouch staff profiles.

Accessing Login Records

1. Visit Settings > Staff
2. Select Login Records from the lefthand menu
3. Your account’s login records will be presented, sorted by Attempted On with the most recent first
4. Use the dropdown list and search bar to filter the results by a specific user or IP address
5. Re-order the results by selecting the arrows on the desired data column

Note

Select Export to compile the results into a .csv file, allowing for further analysis or record keeping.
