Template types overview

Content templates generate the correspondence sent on a matter — the emails, letters, documents, and text messages that pull in real matter and stakeholder data as they run. There’s a template type for each kind of correspondence, plus two supporting pieces (letterheads and PDF data markers).

• Email templates — generate customised email content on a matter.
• Document templates — generate customised documents and letters.
• SMS templates — generate customised text message content.
• Letterheads — apply consistent layouts, headings, and footers across your document templates.
• Adding data markers and helpers to PDFs — recall matter and contact data, and produce conditional content, within PDF documents.
