Introduction
InTouch connects to the email and document tools your firm already uses, so correspondence and files end up on the right matter without manual uploading. There are two kinds of integration — pick whichever matches how your team works, or use both.
Email server integrations
Section titled “Email server integrations”Connect your email server so incoming emails are automatically attached to the relevant matter. Choose the guide for your provider:
- Microsoft Exchange — plus version-specific setup for Exchange 2010, Exchange 2013, and Exchange 365.
- Google Workspace — with the Gmail add-on installation guide for administrators.
Desktop plugins
Section titled “Desktop plugins”Attach individual emails and documents to a matter from within the desktop apps you already have open:
- Microsoft Outlook integration — attach emails to a matter directly from Outlook.
- Microsoft Word integration — attach a Word file to a matter directly from Word.
