Introduction to reports
Reports turn the data already held across your matters, contacts, tasks, and accounts into figures you can act on — conversion rates, outstanding work, time recorded, form activity, and more. Most report over a time period you choose, and many can be saved so their configuration is one click away next time.
This section covers each report in turn. Use the list below to find the right one.
Matter and pipeline reports
Section titled “Matter and pipeline reports”- Conversions report — matters moving to Lead, Opened, Completed, and Aborted over time.
- Matters report — build a bespoke report from any data points across your matters and contacts.
- Matter state reports — matters reaching a given state, grouped by template, team, fee earner, or aborted reason.
- Timeframe report — average time taken between a matter being created and a task being completed.
- Weekly key dates report — matters with a custom date due in a defined period.
- Custom data report — the range and quantity of data saved to a custom field.
Contact reports
Section titled “Contact reports”- Contacts report — data on the stakeholders associated with your matters.
- Stakeholder tracking report — which stakeholders have accessed their InTouch portal, and when.
Task reports
Section titled “Task reports”- Tasks completed, tasks outstanding, tasks breakdown, and tasks comparison — completion and workload figures for specific tasks, users, and time periods.
Form and time reports
Section titled “Form and time reports”- Form submissions report — how often forms have been submitted in a chosen period.
- Time recording report — a list of time recording entries raised in InTouch.
Accounting reports
Section titled “Accounting reports”If you use the InTouch accounting package, a further set of reports covers your client accounts — ledgers, balances, invoices, and receivables. See Introduction to accounting reports.
