Introduction
This section covers the organisation-wide settings an administrator uses to tailor InTouch to how your firm works — from how matters are referenced and closed to who receives notifications. Most are found under Settings.
Matter behaviour
Section titled “Matter behaviour”- Aborted matter reasons — define the reasons recorded when a matter is aborted, so you can report on trends.
- Archiving — how completed, closed, and archived matters relate to one another.
- Automatic matter references — set a firm-wide convention that references new matters automatically.
Organisation-wide configuration
Section titled “Organisation-wide configuration”- Organisation settings — the general options under Settings > Organisation Settings > General.
- Notification email addresses — manage which addresses receive your organisation’s email notifications.
- Outlook subject convention — pre-set information added to the subject line when sending via the Outlook plugin.
