Supported file types
To help prevent malicious files entering your InTouch account, the files that can be attached to a matter are restricted to the following list:

*Preview means the file can be opened directly inside of InTouch, as long as the web browser you are using supports that format.
The maximum size of a file added to a matter is 100MB.
