SPF records

An SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record tells receiving mail servers which servers are allowed to send email for a domain. You do not need to add an SPF record to your DNS for emails sent through InTouch.

This is because we use our own authorised internal domain to handle the Return-Path on your emails. SPF is checked against the Return-Path domain rather than your visible “From” address, so your emails pass SPF checks automatically using our authorised domain.

To verify your domain identity, you only need to add the DKIM records we provided when setting up your account.

If you’re unsure whether your DKIM records are in place, please contact us at support@intouch.cloud.
