Introduction

InTouch can connect to your other systems programmatically. Use the API to read and write InTouch data on demand, and webhooks to have InTouch notify an external service the moment something happens.

• API — what the API can do and the rules every request follows. The full reference lives in your account under Settings > API.
• API keys — create a key for each integration and choose what it may do.
• Webhooks — be told when a matter or task changes state, with an HTTP POST to your service.
• Form completion webhook — notify an external service whenever a form is completed.
