Introduction

InTouch can connect to your other systems programmatically. Use the API to read and write InTouch data on demand, and webhooks to have InTouch notify an external service the moment something happens.

• API — query and update InTouch data. The full reference lives in your account under Settings > API.
• Webhooks — subscribe to events and receive an HTTP POST when they occur.
• Form completion webhook — notify an external service whenever a form is completed.
