Word formatting issues
If you have formatting issues within your documents on InTouch, download the document to your device, open in Word and try the following:
Paragraph Marks
Select the Paragraph Mark button ( ¶ )within the Word toolbar. This will display all the symbols that are used to format the document.
Try removing any unknown or unwanted symbols and re-upload your template to InTouch to see if that resolves the formatting issues.
When a letterhead is applied to a Word document, it can cause some symbols to act differently.
Headers and Footers
Headers and Footers might contain unwanted formatting or content.
Open the Header and Footer menu by double clicking within the header area. Remove any unwanted content and change the settings as needed.
