Calendar overview
The InTouch calendar displays the alarms and key dates set within your InTouch matters.
Only entries on matters of a Lead, Open or Completed state will be included.
To access the InTouch calendar, select Calendar in the lefthand toolbar.
Filters
Use the top dropdown lists to filter by:
- Teams: Matters assigned to a particular team on InTouch
- Fee Earners: Matters assigned to a particular Fee Earner on InTouch
- Dates: A particular type of date
Views
Use the viewing options on the right hand side to change the way the calendar is displayed:
- Month: To view a whole calendar month
- Week: To view a single week
- Day: To view a single day
- List Month: To view a list of calendar entries for that month
- List Week: To view a list of calendar entries for that week
- List Day: To view a list of calendar entries for that day
Use the arrows on the left hand side to scroll through the calendar.
