Outlook Addin button disappears

If your InTouch button is missing inside of Outlook, it may be due to slow loading of the Outlook application.

A quick workaround is to re-enable the disabled addin.

In Outlook go to File > Info > Manage Add-ins.

If the problem persists we recommend speaking to your IT team as it may be due to using a slow device.
