Tasks completed report


The Tasks Completed Report displays the number of specific tasks that have been marked as completed within a chosen time period.

This report allows you to monitor productivity, identify bottlenecks and implement efficiencies.

Building the Tasks Completed Report

  1. Change the reporting timeframe by selecting a date from the calendar icon. The report will output the number of tasks completions on:
    1. The selected date
    2. The week the date falls within
    3. The month the date falls within
  2. (Optional) Filter the results by matters assigned to a particular Team
  3. (Optional) Filter the results by matters assigned to a particular Fee Earner
  4. From the dropdown menus within the table, choose the tasks you wish to gain data on
  5. Refresh
    The report will auto-refresh every 5 minutes.

Understanding the Tasks Completed Report

The table displays the number of tasks completed within the chosen timeframe.

The timeframe is broken down into the chosen day, week and month.

The final column lists which matter template(s) the task belongs to.

Select the numbers within the table to view a list of matters that make up the data, including:

  • The team the matter is associated with
  • The fee earner the matter is associated with
  • The date the task was completed
