Advanced
There are a number of configurable settings within the Advanced tab of a matter template.
The options available will depend on which InTouch package you use. Please contact support@intouch.cloud to discuss any missing functionality.
Webhooks
- Webhooks: Send updates to external APIs / platforms when a Matter is updated
Accounts
- No accounts functionality: The accounts functionality will not be available on matters under this template.
- Invoicing only: Invoicing will be available on matters under this template.
- Ledgers & Invoicing: Ledgers & Invoicing will be available on matters under this template.
Time Recording
- Include time recording?: Allows you to record & bill for time spent on a matter.
Searches
- Include searches: You will be able to order services from one of our integrated providers.
- Automatically share search documents with clients: Choose whether you'd like search results to automatically be visible in a clients Portal.
