Letterhead not displaying correctly
If a Letterhead Template is not correctly displaying or is causing problems with the associated Document Template, refer to the following guidance;
- Remove any blank space from page one, as this can cause unnecessary spacing to appear at the beginning of the document.
- If any images have been used, ensure their layout is set to Tight.
- If text from a Document Template should display next to an image from the Letter Head Template, ensure the image is correctly cropped.
- Ensure a Letter Head's margin sizes match those of the Document Template.
