Supported file types

To help prevent malicious files entering your InTouch account, the files that can be attached to a matter are restricted to the following list:

Office Open XML - Microsoft Office Documents

.docx, xlsx, .pptx,

.docx display as a PDF. Other formats can be uploaded/downloaded

Microsoft Office (Legacy Formats)

.doc, .xls, .ppt,

.doc is display as a PDF. Other formats can be uploaded/downloaded

Proprietary email formats

*Previewable means the file can be opened directly inside of InTouch, as long as the web browser you are using supports that format.

The maximum file size that can be added to a matter is 100mb.
