Disabling access


If a staff member leaves and you need to disable their access to InTouch, follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Staff
  2. Select the Staff member
  3. Click Disable Access

The staff member will now be shown within the Disabled Users tab.

Before deactivating a user, ensure they're not the associated Fee Earner on any of your forms.
To reactivate a user account, within the Disabled Users tab, select the Actions menu next to the user and Reactivate.
Username based accounts can no longer be reactivated.
