Notification settings
Notifications can be used to keep you up to date on your own and your organisations matters.
To choose which notifications you receive, go to Settings > Notification Settings:
Daily Summary
- Send me a daily summary of alarms & traffic light: a daily summary email will be sent summarising any alarms & traffic lights on matters you are associated with.
- Include alarms & traffic lights of my team: the daily summary email will include alarms & traffic lights of matters within the team you are associated with.
- Include alarms & traffic lights of my organisation: the daily summary email will include alarms & traffic lights for the whole organisation.A user must be a Fee Earner to receive the daily notification emails.
Matter Fee Earner Notifications
- Invoice Approval
- Email me when an invoice is approved by someone else: an email notification will be sent to you when an invoice is approved on a matter where you are the assigned Fee Earner.The email notification won't be sent if the invoice is approved by yourself.
- Email me when an invoice is approved by someone else: an email notification will be sent to you when an invoice is approved on a matter where you are the assigned Fee Earner.
- API Update
- Email me when a matter is updated via the API: an email notification will be sent to you when the API updates a matter where you are the assigned Fee Earner.
- Service Transaction Notifications
- Email me when a new document arrives for a service transaction: an email notification will be sent to you when a service transaction has returned a document to your matter.This setting can be overridden by using a central email address for your organisation to receive service notifications to.
