Form conditions


Conditions allow for a form to be altered in real-time based on the users responses.

This enables a form to be applicable in all scenarios!

Creating conditions

Conditional Steps

  1. Select the step you wish to make conditional
    Multiple conditions can be added across a form.
  2. Select Add Condition on the right-hand side of the form builder
    1. Choose the question the step should be dependent on E.g. What is the property tenure?
    2. Select the condition E.g. Equals
    3. Select the value in which the condition should be activated E.g. Leasehold
    In the above example, the step would only show if the property tenure question was answered Leasehold.

Conditional Questions

The below process applies to Questions, Esignatures, Fee Earner Selections, File Uploads and Text Blocks.
  1. Hover over the question you wish to make conditional
    Multiple conditions can be added across a form.
  2. Select Add Condition on the right-hand side of the question
    1. Choose the question the question should be dependent on E.g. Is there a gifted deposit
    2. Select the condition E.g. Equals
    3. Select the value in which the condition should be activated E.g. Yes
    In the above example, the question would only show if the question is answered Yes.

Conditional fees

Fees can be made conditional based on data captured in the form.

This allows you to build a completely bespoke quote for all scenarios!

  1. Hover over the fee you wish to make conditional
    Multiple conditions can be added across a form.
  2. Select Add Condition at the bottom of the fee
    1. Choose the question the fee should be dependent on E.g. What is the property tenure?
    2. Select the condition E.g. Equals
    3. Select the value in which the condition should be activated E.g. Leasehold
      In the above example, the fee would only show if the property tenure question was answered Leasehold.

Conditional quote table

Quote tables can be made conditional based on data captured in the form.

This allows you to decide whether or not you want to display a quote to the user.

Creating a conditional quote table
  1. Hover over the quote table
  2. Select Add Condition on the right-hand side of the table
    1. Choose the question the quote table should be dependent on
    2. Select the condition E.g. Equals
    3. Select the value in which the condition should be activated
Add as many conditions as you need to configure a calculator that can be used in all scenarios!

Editing conditions

  1. To edit a condition:
    1. Find the step / question / fee / quote table where the condition is applied
    2. Select Edit next to the relevant condition
    3. Make the required amendments
    4. Select Save
  2. To delete:
    1. Find the step / question / fee / quote table where the condition is applied
    2. Select Edit next to the relevant condition
    3. Select Delete
