Stakeholder tracking reports


The Stakeholder Tracking Report provides data on your stakeholders use of the Portal.

This is a great report to use if you wish to understand which Stakeholders are using the Portal to track their matters.

There are 2 versions available:

Web

The web report provides data on your stakeholders use of the Web Portal.

  1. Change the timeframe using the calendar icon in the right hand corner
  2. Run Report

The data is presented in a table listing each Stakeholder that's used the Web Portal within the defined time period and how many times they've used it.

Selecting a data point provides information on:

  • What part of the portal they have viewed:
    • The portal home page
    • A specific matter
  • The matters reference (if applicable)
  • The date of usage

Click Export to download the data in a .csv file.

Mobile App

This report is only available to those using a custom branded mobile app. For further information, please contact support@intouch.cloud

The mobile app report provides data on your stakeholders use of the client mobile app.

  1. Change the timeframe using the calendar icon in the right hand corner
  2. Run Report

The data is presented in a table listing each Stakeholder that's used the mobile app within the defined time period and how many times they've used it.

Selecting a data point provides information on:

  • What part of the portal they have viewed:
    • The portal home page
    • A specific matter
    • A specific matters task list
    • A specific matters document list
    • A specific matters form widgets
  • The matter reference (if applicable)
  • The date of usage

Click Export to download the data in a .csv file.
