Stakeholder tracking reports


The Stakeholder Tracking Report provides a list of stakeholders who have accessed their InTouch portal across a selected time period.

A great tool for monitoring and ensuring consistent stakeholder engagement.

There are 2 versions available:

  • Web
  • Mobile app
    The mobile app report is only available to those using a custom branded mobile app. For further information, please contact support@intouch.cloud

Building the Stakeholder Tracking Report

  1. Select the type of portal you would like to report on from the main reporting menu: web or mobile app
  2. Change the reporting timeframe using the calendar icon in the right hand corner
  3. Run Report

Understanding the Stakeholder Tracking Report

The table lists the name and email address of any stakeholder who has accessed the portal in the defined timeframe, along with the number of views.

Select a stakeholder to view:

  • What part of the portal they have accessed:
    • The home page
    • A specific matter
      • A specific matter's task list (only available in the mobile app)
      • A specific matter's document list (only available in the mobile app)
      • A specific matter's form widgets (only available in the mobile app)
  • The matter's reference
  • The date of usage
Export this data to a .csv file to perform further analysis.
