Teams


Teams can be used to categorise your matters.

You can configure as many teams as you like. This might include:

  • Office locations i.e. 'Head Office'
  • Specific departments i.e. 'New Business'
  • A combination of both i.e. 'Head Office - New Business'

Creating a New Team

  1. Navigate to Settings > People > Teams
  2. Select '+ Team'
  3. Provide the Name for the Team. All other fields are optional
    1. Allocate teams to your Head Office by selecting the relevant checkbox
      There are specific data markers available for your Head Office which allow you to automatically input these details into document and email templates on InTouch.
  4. Confirm

Editing an Existing Team

  1. Navigate to Settings > People > Teams
  2. Select the Team name in the list provided
  3. Make the required changes
  4. Confirm

Deleting Teams

To delete an existing team, select the Delete button next to the desired team in the list.
