Teams


Teams can be assigned to your staff profiles, to categorise your users.

You can also filter your matters based on the Fee Earner's team allocation.

You can configure as many teams as you like. This might include:

  • Office locations i.e. 'Head Office'
  • Specific departments i.e. 'New Business'
  • A combination of both i.e. 'Head Office - New Business'

Creating a New Team

  1. Navigate to Settings > People > Teams
  2. Select '+ Add Team'
  3. Enter the team's details
  4. Select whether the team should be the Head Office
    There are specific data markers available for your Head Office which allow you to automatically input these details into document and email templates on InTouch.
  5. Save

Editing an Existing Team

  1. Navigate to Settings > People > Teams
  2. Select the Team name in the list provided
  3. Make the required changes
  4. Save

Deleting Teams

  1. Navigate to Settings > People > Teams
  2. Select the Team name in the list provided
  3. Delete Team
Before deleting a team, please ensure there are no active staff profiles allocated to that team, and that the team is not assigned as the Head Office.
