"The document you requested could not be found. It may have been revoked by the sender, or you are not a signee."


If a document has been sent to a user for Esignature and they are presented with the following message:

"The document you requested could not be found. It may have been revoked by the sender, or you are not a signee."

It implies that either the signature request on the matter has been cancelled or the user is logged into an InTouch account which isn't associated with the signature request.

To resolve this:

  1. Ensure the Esignature request on the matter is still active
    This will show as 'awaiting' signees.
  2. Ensure the user is logged into InTouch using the email address that is saved to their contact card on your matter
    Some users use Googlemail and Gmail email addresses interchangeably, however InTouch will treat these as separate logins.
