I'm being logged out of InTouch

This can happen if you're signed into your InTouch account across multiple browsers / devices.

The easiest way to resolve this is to sign yourself out of all sessions:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Security
  2. Under 'My Remembered Devices', select Forget all Devices
  3. Under 'Sessions', select Sign out of all Sessions

You will be signed out of all your browsers / devices and can log back into those that are needed.
