User login records
The staff Login Records area, provides an overview of all log-in activity across your organisation's InTouch account.
This is a helpful tool that allows you to review activity across your InTouch staff profiles.
Accessing Login Records
- Visit Settings > Staff
- Select Login Records from the lefthand menu
- Your account's login records will be presented
- Use the dropdown list and search bar to filter the results by a specific user or IP address
- Re-order the results by selecting the arrows on the desired data column
Select Export to compile the results into a .csv file, allowing for further analysis or record keeping.
