Home page overview V2
The InTouch homepage provides a single place to manage and create your matters.
To reach the InTouch home page you can either:
- Select 'Matters' in the left hand toolbar
- Select the InTouch logo in the top left corner
The V2 homepage provides greater data accessibility and more powerful filters. Just select 'Try the new view'.

The V2 homepage is currently in beta, meaning changes and improvements are still taking place. If you notice anything that doesn't look or work quite right, please report it to us at support@intouch.cloud.
Creating a new matter
To open a new matter, select '+ Matter' in the left hand corner of the InTouch home page.
Searching for existing matters
The search bar allows you to search for existing matters by:
- The primary stakeholder's:
- Forename
- Surname
- Organisation name
- Email address
- Phone number
- The matter's address
- The matter's reference
- The matter's ITR code
- The matter's GUID
Select Advanced to search for a matter via any custom data point.
Filters
Make use of filters to restrict the matters that are displayed. Choose to filter by:
- State: A specific matter state
- Matter Template: A specific matter template
- Fee Earner: Matters assigned to a specific team or Fee Earner
Each of these fields allows for multi-selection, providing the ability to customise your homepage in any way that suits you.
To customise the order in which your matters are displayed, click the relevant header to order matters by that data type.
Further Configuration
Columns
Select 'Columns' in the right hand corner of the homepage to choose the matter information that is displayed within the homepage.
Up to 10 data points can be selected.
If a matter is locked, most data will be hidden from view.
Options
Select the 'Options' cog in the right hand corner of the homepage to customise your homepage further:
- Matters per page: Choose the numbers of matters displayed on each page
- Selected Matter tab: Change the area of a matter you're directed to when opened
