Existing form options

Once you have created a form, you have the ability to carry out additional tasks from Settings > Form Widgets:

  1. Use: Opens the form widget in a new tab
  2. Share: Share the form with a contact, enabling them to complete it within their mobile app
This is a great way of allowing introducers to quote on your behalf.
This functionality is only available to those using a custom branded mobile app.
  3. Rename: Provide a new name for the form widget
Renaming the form will break any existing links within your email templates.
  4. Edit: Opens up the form widget configuration page
  5. Clone: Creates a duplicate of the form
This is a great way of updating your forms without changing those in use by your Stakeholders.
  6. Export: Downloads a code copy of the form. Use the Import button above the list to import the form
  7. Delete: Permanently deletes the form
    This action cannot be reversed.
